Dositrack is a compact shelf that can be firmly fixed in the utility room of an office or in a janitorial room and contains apart from professional detergents also a tablet PC. The tablet serves to record the working time of the cleaners or the janitors exact to the second, to enable direct and verifiable communication before starting work and to simplify the payroll accounting. At the same time Dositrack offers professional detergents within an intuitively ascertainable system. Transparency, sustainability, quality assurance and direct communication are easier than ever before with Dositrack.

Dositrack – Features in detail

One of the major challenges in the building cleaning business is a suitable way to verify working time, particularly in key districts. In our experience up to 80 percent of the cleaning deficiencies arise because the cleaners do not spend the agreed time in the object. Instead they speed up things and get only the essentials done. Thanks to Dositrack this won't happen anymore!

Exact working time control

The Dositrack rack is fixed in the utility area of your customer. The first action of the cleaner leads inevitably to the Dositrack where he or she signs in. If the cleaner leaves the object he/she has to sign out via the tablet in the Dositrack. To make cheating impossible, a photo of the respective operator is automatically taken, whenever he/she signs in or out. If you wish to control your staff and their work on a larger scale, the usage of an add-on module which tracks down the work routes via GPS might be the right choice. Your employees then have to draw a GPS logger from the Dositrack when signing in and have to carry it around during the entire working time. The logger has to be docked to the Dositrack when they sign out again. And the data material will be automatically transferred to your server. You can analyse the obtained data later and use it to check and modify fixed service routes.

Quality assurance

Dositrack offers you new opportunities for quality assurance according to DIN norm 13549. During an object inspection, you can record any defects directly to a mobile terminal. After the completion of the inspection this mobile device will automatically send an inspection protocol in the form of a to-do list to the Dositrack. During the next cleaning operation the cleaner has to confirm the protocol while signing in. Before signing out out he/she has to check off the to-do list. Thus Dositrack supports you in a quite straightforward kind of way in the transmission and correction of deficiencies.

Direct communication

All the important information you want to share with your cleaners before starting work, you can provide via the Dositrack. Whether it concerns comments from clients, work instructions, birthday greetings, acknowledgement of good work or special orders, Dositrack transports all this information to your employees and asks for their confirmation. This ensures that from now on a statement such as “I didn't know” can no longer count as an excuse. But apart from this Dositrack also simplifies the communication for your staff members. Important issues such as material orders, vacation planning, information about overhead and customer feedback etc. can be directly transferred to you via the appropriate forms in the Dositrack.

Perfect dosage

In addition to the tablet PC Dositrack contains all detergents which are required for the cleaning of an object as well. In the lower shelf you may find cleansers in highly concentrated form. The ones in the top shelf are ready to use. Our cleaning products are suitable for professional use. They are ecofriendly and available to you at competitive prices. Depending on the field of application they can be assembled based on a modular principle. Pictograms explain the exact application and dosage of the cleaning agent. If you run short on detergents or consumables, your employees can use the tablet to communicate the demand directly to you.

Tidy utility room

Dositrack provides all necessary cleaning products and information in a compact space.
This enables an order in the utility area of your customers that would be otherwise hard to reach. Apart from this the arrangement system is intuitively understandable at a glance by your customers as well as by new employees.

Training materials are available anytime

Beyond the direct, situation-dependent communication, you can also store binding information within the Dositrack system. This includes for example accident prevention regulations and work instructions. Training videos and materials for numerous applications make the introductory training of floater teams and new staff members very easy. Your cleaners are able to watch the training videos over and over again at any time.

Alarm function

If cleaners are missing and don't appear at work unannounced, you will be informed by Dositrack via SMS or email. This way you are able to send a replacement in time and guarantee reliability for the customer.

Automatic payroll accounting

Dositrack collects data on hours worked to the second and uses it to simplify your work significantly. With the help of a DATEV interface it automatically creates correct pay slips for your employees.
